HinderYourGeneral: I think the one change I would make is moving CURE up a tier. Cure on an act 2 PRAYER merc is great especially with INSIGHTS. This combo adds a ton of quality of life and sustain. Otherwise this is spot on. Love your content!

hehungit: Delirium is really fun on mercenaries. Like it on the rogue mercenary. They will keep shooting arrows as a doll.

For a low budget runeword, and can be equipped at lvlv 51, it is possibly the best helm ever for a lvl 50's or 60's character!
2 to all skills is very good, and that 11% chance to cast confuse is just godly!
My hardcore javazon has a delirium, and the confuse curse procs so often I would say about 60% of the time all the monsters on screen are confused and attacking each other, which means they are not attacking me or my act2 infinity merc (who never dies). The lvl 18 confuse has a huge area, and last for ages.
The delirium cast doesnt happen much if you are a ranged attacker, and even if it does, you can still attack in Doll form (just use normal attack on left click) and it does your normal attack damage. Also, in doll form there is some unkown boost to defense or damage reduction, when in Doll form my health seems to be always around 100% and in 20 years of playing I never remember dieing while in Doll form...
Waldek1983: Delirium is actually the best helm for an act 2 merc in Hardcore. The amount of crowd control (and thus safety) it gives you this way is insane.

technocolossus: Bulwark is my favorite helm for mercenaries because it's pretty much vamp gaze minus the reduced flat magic damage, but it gives a nice boost to the life pool.

Also, nice touch making metamorphosis in a barb helm.
AzureKev: Agree with Jah and Cham being extremely hard to find, but Vex is actually somewhat obtainable. Worst case, you can combine two Gul runes to make a Vex. Although if you do get one, Hoto is probably a better use for it
SuperSlimeSoda: Great spot on solo self found tier list. The only thing I would change is Cure helm move up a rank. I love Cure helm to get rid of amplify damage. Escpecially for hardcore melee SSF. cheers mate.
tarheels100: I recently did a SSF blaze sorc run and ended up finding a Vex and a Pul rune before completing hell difficulty. So yeah, Flickering Flame is possible if you're lucky enough.

I'm running delirium on a sorc this season (while waiting for the last epoch season to drop). I got a random ist off countess and found no good reason not to grab a free 2 to all skills. There's a very simple and effective way to deal with the downside. Relog. No, seriously. You clear hell, go to terror zones, and offscreen blizzards forever. Should a stray projectile transform you, just relog. I get transformed every 30-1hr, it's barely an issue. If you target farm andy/meph for shako/magefists/vipermagi/ravenfrost/etc before you push past the 90s, it's probably the best in slot helm until your first shako. I know the downside sounds horrible but, seriously, it's just an ist. grab that 2 and don't ooga booga teleport into packs and you'll be completely fine.

stoyanivanov9701: I love your videos and your narrative style. I only slightly disagree with your opinion about delirium, a few seasons ago i made a mosaic sin with a delirium helm and it was a lot of fun running around with a charged up doll.
NorNamor: The Delerium drawback is so much worse than you can imagine. I made it in a 3 war cry barb helm for a singer.. it was completely unusable as you would regularly get transformed. Also, Cure is A or S tier if you consider merc's It is such a good runeword to have on your merc, both you and the merc become much more resiliant to curses and poison. It also has hidden synergies with Prayer and Insight, so you can make one hell of a act 2 "regen" merc.

krunkcleanup2949: During early ladder, I use Nadir to farm Nilathak on a MeteOrb sorc. Making everything around you blind is really good.

an8rwpofagos: I agree with the list mostly. Cure is s tier though. It removes curses and you don't really care about poison damage anymore. Amazing for hardcore. Also ground could go to A tier only for the reason that the lightning absorb can help you do ubers and survive wisp when they decide to gangbang you! Cheers!
jilldaviau: I love Lore. But I have always wondered what use Nadir is. I guess it's situational; if you know you're going to a zone with lots of ranged mobs, the CoS could be nice. Other than that,
plastichairball: Are any of these ladder only? If so it would be good to state as such, I've been caught out trying to make a ladder only runeword outside of ladder before and it was a sad time.

BenCarnage: Cure gets synergy with a prayer merc and insight. It works VERY well on especially energy shield sorcs as you will recover health, mana and help counter poison/curses. Even without being energy shield, it is just pretty good for a merc. A poison nova necro is also a pretty reasonable candiddate if you use a meat shield. It'll keep your health topped off and your minions will have an easier time staying alive even without investing many hard points. Your mana will regen fast enough that you can spam high level corpse explosion.

qasimabdul-baki6919: Nadir is clutch in hc in some areas. I like it for claw viper temple to mitigate the instakill spawning and in the chaos sanctuary if you have issues with the casters.
