Tpike777: It really is to bad blizzard owns the rights to this game.. to the entire franchise actually. Be so cool to see a world where D2 and all its assets were sold to Vicarious Visions. Imagine if they owned the game, had no obligations to blizzard or Activision, had the same budget/team, and could do as they see fit with the title. Because Imo, what they did to remaster D2 and make it look and feel modern is truly exceptional.

Id have loved to see them keep cooking, and what could have been. Bet you there'd be a much more flushed out online experience by now, with tons of QoL improvements added. As well as new endgame content, new and improved unique items/RWs, and maybe even a couple new gameplay mechanics, new zones, or tilesets too. And DARE I say a new class?.. No probably not haha.

But alas.. We can only dream of such glory
leejordan001: Amazon is just a disaster how HE looks now… assassin is a pancace face asian instead a beautiful women. Necro is too old. Barb is too old too and shaggy instead of muscular and stiff. Soso is pancace face too. Druid is too hobo for me now. Pala is the only ok but his new bushlike haitcut is hilarious. I liked more his old bald stile, it mirrored his disciplined attitude more.

Ubeogesh: Re: barb. Whirlwind now gets attack speed bonuses from everywhere (not just weapons), just like other attacks. This resulted in 2 handed non-sword whirlwind being limited to 5 frames per attack instead of 4, which is what people hated. On the other hand, lower end builds got a lot better. Obedience barb is now very viable

JLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL: I think bone prison having some kind of synergy that gives it thorns damage would be neat, then you could see some use for Iron Maiden and bone prison.

MAYBE have spirit wolves get synergies from rabies and fire claws to add mixed damage rather than just cold.


If they made an effort to see how some skills from other trees could benefit from other skills in other trees I think it’d really open up the massive potential this game still has.

AlGoYoSu: I will just add to the chorus of others that the amazon looks busted. She literally looks like a tan necromancer with blonde hair. Amazonians are usually depicted as attractive or at least average looking. Gal Gadot would not have been cast as Wonder Woman if she looked like Alfred E. Neuman.

Doofindork: I wish they had just made the Leap Attack barb scale with weapon damage properly. I hate that the aoe part is a static damage, which makes you have to stack skill levels, and even if you do it's not worth it. Would've easily been my favorite build of all time.
niko5514: Brother they changed the speed calc when you are in werewolf form. Which was confusion at the start. The benefit is now that you have a much bigger selection of weapons to choose from. Because on LoD only ias on weapon was important in werewolf form.
