Diablo 2s Forgotten Rune Word

psychotic4560: ITH is the reason I am who I am today. I was 12 yrs old when I convinced my mom to let me buy one. Befriended the shop owner over AIM and picked his brain for hours as a wide eyed kid amazed by hacked items. I had a DBZ fansite at the time so had self taught myself HTML by stealing source code from other sites I loved and changing the graphics. Had enough knowledge to make a D2 shop site and the rest is history, my love for business was born. Now I own an electrical contracting company, and it all started here, with an ITH 2h sword I bought from a shop site at 12 yrs old. Jonas, wherever you are out there, thank you for taking the time to not write me off as an annoying kid.
Omnip073n77: 2001-2003 was peak D2 IMO. I remember entering "Duelszzszzsz" or any random "duel" variation and almost always getting a "full" message or joining.

lordlucario8828: i had a friend take his own life after the rust storm. he spent so much money getting the craziest items during that time, when he logged on i watched as pretty much every character of his had little to no items on it. we spent hours trying to figure out what happened, after finding out it was a legit blizzard wipe he said he was gonna go over to another friend of mine and see what happened to his stuff as well. after he left i never got to see him again

walkingdude7286: The most hilarious thing back in 1.09 was when Blizzard did not fix the Zon pierce bug from 1.08, so I definitely took advantage of putting together a level 32 Guided Arrow Bowazon for Hellmode.
She had 75% resist all, 95% IAS, 150% FRW, and 1600 Poison dmg; helps from 15 IAS/30ed jewels in Peasant Crown, Spirit Shroud, and Carrion Horn. I went after every ITH Barb that I could find.
No ITH Barb could kill her 'cuz no ITH Barb could catch her; 100% undefeated from Barbs until the 1.10 Rust Storm took out Carrion Horn. Yup, 1.09 was the best time for humbling over-inflated egos.
Other than the duped Carrion Horn (Rare Gothic Bow), the rest of her gear and inventory was legit; no Hex charms, no White items, and no ITHs. I enjoyed killing so many hacked Barbs online back then.
plubcenguin1405: Hey Coooley, there's a chance I've missed the video if you've made one. But have you ever gone over the hex/vex charms, and white items? Each one had like 90str/dex/vit in just a small charm. The white rings had 95% ele absorb, 100% attack and movespeed, 20% life steal, and a damage addition. I want to say it was around 1.08 on original Diablo 2.
