It would be nice to have a source of Conviction outside of Infinity and it's not like Mang's is easy to get. Mang's should be something that's worth multiple high runes instead of an off-meta meme.

BuffaloBi111: So many TC 87’s are so underwhelming. Tweak some numbers and bring them up to viable (not OP) status. Finding a super rare item, and the only useful thing about it is you can remove it from your grail list is pretty blah.
