blawdy-moo: What I like to do with ubers when still on budget, proc fade with Treachery, then switch to a Smoke armor. It has a ton of resistances, defense AND level 6 Weaken charges! I used to ignore those charges, but boy do they come in handy when fighting bosses. Cast weaken, then smite (budget ubers again) until life tap procs. I could use a life tap weapon, but I hate swapping in the heat of a battle. As for your amazon, I suggest you use Marrowwalk (since you're not using gore rider or goblin toe) and cast lifetap, it works marvelously for me.

smalps-gaming: Baal does chilling armor, which does return ice bolts. Per projectile. The charge bolts from CS are considered ranged. So he is returning so many ice bolts back at you.

If you wanna take the build to just super expensive and not just hybrid super budget/super expensive, best gloves would be 2/20/10CB.

The CB is small but still works. In my uber killer, i maxed out penetration to land more physical hits. So you can do more CB which is nice vs mephy! Cheers
wizrom3046: Personally I would prebuf with fade armor, then put on the good armor for the run.
In most people cases they wont do ubers that often so waiting 30 seconds for a fade to proc is no big deal.

You dont need that much ias. Just go maximum dmg.

S.L.France: nice vid ;) but to be honest i think chains of honors is rly "the armor" for a smiter and not for a java. the best armor , i find, for ama regular all playstyles, is forty so much better, and the ressistants you can taken by small charms.... so i think "treachery" is much better for ubertrist runs. peace.
funnycamel5919: check the baal footage, its raw physical hits, and the lack of your phys melee stats, speaking about damage, AR, LL, defense, phys DR flat % , since baal is not using any high damage fire or light spells, u didnt get any healing from wisp/tgod/dwarf

baal hit u for like 500-800 per hit, and with curse u have 0 defense, probably also unlucky on blocks
