New Diablo 2 Player Makes The WORST Mistake..

Atze.Tatze69: Clickbait or not, this is the question xD
but guzu read these survival tipps from a HC D2r enjoyer:

1. When ur Cursed (red flame thingy over your head) tp scoll and visit healer
- this removes curse, the "flame" Curse (amplily damage) dubbles most damage.

2. Always carry Big Rejuv Potion (You can Craft with normal gems 3mana 3health, emerald, topas, etc, all without a prefix will work - no chipped, flawed, flawless, perfecz - just plain name and 3mana 3health pots

3. Always drink Potions, even when its seem not woth. The Dmg you receive is partly taken from your Current HP and partly from the Hp-max your Potion will provide (the "shaded red" bar: when you drink Potions this will be lowered when you get hit and your HP "pure red" bar will therefore loose less)

3.1 Always carry Heal-Potions, dont press on when you dont have any, TP and shop 8 new once. You can never drink too many RedPots!

4. When Emilio is low HP, use teleport and/or TP scroll, the Walk to Healer is shorter then to recive and TP Scroll is 80g not 30k
(He needs plenty of redpots, and they usualy take 1-2 sec to take effect)

5. Amazon should always run, but never 1st.
- Use Valk or Dopplegänger and spawn them into rooms or over brigeds befor you cross
- move shoot, move shoot, never stand next to more then 1 enemy. When you move you can dogde most attacks

6. Dont run too close to enemys, most enemys have realy small hitrange, standing just 1 step aways will save you lots of hits.

7. If the Spawn is shit, reroll mobs. When entereing an Area there will always be 3 different mobtypes, randomizes from 3-8 different mob-Typs the map can roll, when you close game and re-enter, new mob´s will spawn.
->lighting immun gostly laser mobs (Souls) = Reroll

8.1 you have skills "Inner Sight" increasing your´s and emiliios hitcance and marking enemys
8.2 you have Skill "slow Missiles" significantly slowing pojectiles from enemys
8.2 you have skill "Impale" it lowers targets DPS significantly, use it agains Bosses and Uniqs every 2-3 seconds

Its like WoW in the endgame you have more than 1 skill in your reportiour, and more then a few in you rotation ;)

I cleared every Class DC Hell SSF following those tipps.
It will help you to prevent deaths. You mihgt spend more time in Camp and spend toons of money on Healing Pots, but lesser death = lesser exp loss lesser gold loss, lesser emilio revive, more gold for gambling belts, boots and gloves

randyswanson3300: I know it’s to late for my comment, but here is something to remember. Act 3 doesn’t always go in line, from Spider Forest to Great Marsh to Flayer Jungle. Sometimes at the end of Spider Forest you have an option to go one way to Great Marsh or the other way to Flayer Jungle. It’s call a skip, meaning to can skip the Great Marsh.

So in your case only having the Great Marsh waypoint, what most would have done is start from the beginning, go thru the Spider Forest and see if you got a skip map.
