ignore target defense takes attackrating/defense out of hit calcilation ...
smite doesnt have that calculation
it just hits (if possible from positioning)

might sound picky but in d2 that difference is actully huge ... itd calc still considers lvl difference ... smite doesnt

(just for info not beeing 'me knows better; sorry if it sounds that way)
