THE FASTEST DIABLO 2 RUN EVER

brettherrick1893: I remember a few years ago you had a guy on stream that had optimized a perfect sorc run and it came out to like 25 minutes, which blew my mind. I don’t think anyone had broken an hour at that point. Now we’ve got a true 36 minute run, it’s incredible how much this run has progressed in just a few years. What an awesome effort and community following it.
327highlights8: Top right town exit with straight bloodmoor and left cold plains give you 100% short act 4. Its also possible to get 100% short act 4 with TL right BM Left CP, but there is less than 10% for left cp, with ignoring most common right CP makes grind exhausting.

TR town exit could be only right or straight bloodmoor, I never run right BM, and you can check it super fast, road turn immediately. Because road always goes to left side of BM, Im moving on right side to get more chanses for shrines superchests. After TR straight BM it could be only left or straight CP, so its 50% to get good map (instead less than 10% for TL exit). Also it gives you short black marsh, its always left exit one. This road is about 30 sec longer than TR right BM right CP (mostly with short stony fields exits), but with extra superchests and extra shrines will give a lot more good starts short act 4 saves a lot (not only time but also money for huge pots).

pepedeltoro6647: It seems that you can still shorten the time on these runs by "a lot", given some of the mistakes that happen. But you would probably have to be an AI for that to happen
