The MOST overpowered Weapon in Diablo 2 Resurrected - Why Grief is SO STRONG

The problem lies with the base damage of 1 handed weapons. highest average damage 1 handed weapon with 6 sockets eth is 71.25 if you have a perfect base and a perfect outcome (415% botd) thats a base damage of 295. That means the worst possible roll for Grief is still way stronger than any one hander in game.

You know why I don’t have an issue with Grief? Because the game is SO heavily biased towards casters…especially early on…that this weapon actually gives people who like playing melee an actual chance to reach the endgame content and be able to farm efficiently and even then not as good as the best caster builds.

The +371 dmg basically counts as
+371 minimum damage AND +371 maximum damage
In regards to the 31-35 base dmg of a phase blade, this is equivalent to a 1196-1060% enhanced damage respectively

would be nice to see a "demo" where you leave town and hit a couple things, or take down a boss
