FlawlessRhythmGG: Hey Phil, the Tower levels can also have a tile for a super chest. It's always in the room shaped like a T that has a ton of pillars lined up and a chest at the cross of the T. I've found my fair share of high runes in them.

I know, it needs a teleporting character to move around efficiently, but so does Arcane.

You are going to find the HRs where you farm the most! As long as you like farming the area it's going to be good! I love the Arcane Sanctuary. I have builds that are mostly suited for that area, and its so easy to find. I find it a little annoying to even find the tower, the pit, or stony tombs haha!
